1. Thank you. Amazon to providing a lot of reviews. 2. Thank you to everybody who took time to write a review before me. 3. Not all supplements are the same nor work same with everybody. 4. I’ve only been taking this supplement for 2 days Yes you read right 2 days. 5. Does it work? Yes, yes it does. 6. I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived Friday afternoon. I read the directions. On Saturday morning I took one capsule at breakfast and the second capsule at lunch with food as instructed. Sunday morning I had a big water puddle in my kitchen, the roof was linking, I couldn’t get out of church on time because the preacher decided to pray for people in need, I had 30 minutes to run my daughter to softball practice, my other daughter wanted fast food, later on I had to wash and detangle two curly head, I washed four load of laundry, got supper ready. Finally, I got to sit down at 9:30 pm after my shower than my husband smiled at me. We all know what he had in mind, and miraculously I was game. (TMI) I had vaginal dryness for the past two years. Let me tell you, we did not use any lubricate. 46 was really the new 20 down there. I did not get upset and I was able to manage my children, water puddle, house chores, be in the mood and enjoy it. I did not start an argument when he smiled at me. This is after taking Health + her for two days. Would I buy this again, I will definitely sign up and Health + her website. The funny thing is my coworker advised me to take a multi vitamin that she is on, I got on Amazon to read the review on that vitamin, I don’t like gummies, Health + her was next to it, and now you are reading my 2 days experience with this supplement. I've been on this for two days and this results were instant. I'm 39 and have been going through pre menopause. In two days, my chronic headaches went away, I slept, my night sweats and terrors minimized, my appetite isn't crazy, my horrific hot flashes -haven't had one freaking one since, my panic attacks were getting worse and now not at all, I was so fatigued I laid around, just in two days I feel rounded and have energy but not to the point of jitters and no sleep. I usually do not believe in all natural products for efficiency because they haven't worked for me. This is my life saver. Truly!!!!! I would endorse this if I could help one person.

Only helps me with the night sweats, I still get hot flashes during the day and continue to have all of the other issues that the box claims to address. The night sweats are hell, so I gave it a 3 for getting rid of those for me.

I bought this based on all the great reviews. The first day I took in the morning with my regular vitamins. A few hours later at work I had a pretty bad anxiety attack , tightness all over body etc. I just thought it was weird because I wasn’t stressed or anything, but I didn’t link it to the pills. The next day I didn’t take them in the morning I had thrown them in my bag so I could read ingredients etc. didn’t take at all that day and felt ok. 3rd day I found them in my purse in the afternoon so I pulled them out and took 2. I started getting a migraine and by the time I got home from work I was barely functioning. I had another attack. Full upper body tightness and heart racing ick. It’s these pills! Came on here to see if I can get a refund and return and there’s not an even an option to contact the seller! Insane, they k pw this happens obviously-

My cravings are under control, I feel like I have more energy. I noticed a lot less hair in the shower drain after only 2 weeks. My cycle was only 4 days instead of 7. I'm on month number 2 and will continue.

Love these! Definitely been a game changer for me. I have a lot more energy and better mood. They tend to give me a lot of energy and have helped fight food cravings, but I advise taking them in the morning due to the energy boast. I cannot sleep if I take too late.

I have tried different vitamins for my perimenopause symptoms. This is the one that I actually see benefits from. I sleep better, no more night sweats, less cloudy. It works and it's cheaper than most.
