Upon initially receiving this tracker, I was impressed with the build quality, it was comfortable to wear, and the layout and screen fonts were still comfortable enough for my 55yo eyes to read. I would recommend this tracker for anyone who just needs a good step tracker, heart monitor, and overall extension to your smart phone, but it fell short on BP readings. I tested thoroughly and it's just not reliable enough. In the world of wearable BP monitors, there are two methods by which a BP is measured (or should I say predicted). 1) Uses a pulse wave sensor that listens to the velocity of the blood in your veins and tries to deduce what your pressure might be based on the rate at which your blood flows through a small stretch of a vein. 2) The other (even more inaccurate), the software in the watch will try and predict what your BP "might" be based on your current hear rate and activity level. I wasn't able to determine what method tracker uses, but the standard response you'll get from support is that it can be anywhere from 0%-20% off and while that would have been ok with me assuming I could take the number on the tracker and multiply it by 1.2 to get a more accurate reading, it simply wouldn't work because i found that regardless of what I was doing, the tracker never varied more than 3mm on systolic and 2Hg on diastolic ... and because I have a cuff at home, I know that my pressure swings more than 30 points on systolic throughout the day ... the tracker never showed this. So it's a nice stylish and light weight tracker which is good at step monitoring, heart rate, .... but don't bother if you're looking for reliable blood pressure readings. It will consistently report lower than actual numbers ... it sadly makes you believe that you have somehow solved your BP issue (lol)

It doesn't count my steps correctly. I'm not sure what u have to do in order for it to begin counting my steps. I walked like 2h and collected just 8k steps with watches. Which is impossible. The I walked back and forth in the room he didn't add even 1 step. Then I walked more and swing my arm more and he gave me some steps. Idk what I have to do in order it to collect every step. In general I would like these watches . Looks good and all is good but I need to count steps and it doesn't work correct way.

I bought one of these for me and one for my husband. I primarily wanted to keep track of my steps and sleep. He looks at his oxygen level and BP. I had read other reviews that said they didn't feel that the BP was accurate so I didn't have high expectations. I have another BP monitor so I'm not really that concerned about monitoring it with this. I like the big display. Syncing it our phones was a little tricky but we got it done. Be sure to choose 12 hr time and not 24 hr unless you want the military time. We used the QR code in the instruction folder that came with it. Getting text messages is nice and works well. Now I don't miss texts if I'm in another room from my phone. All in all, we are very pleased with the purchase, especially for the price. I've had fitbits before but the bands broke on each one and they fell off without me noticing and I lost them. These bands are more comfortable and appear to be secured nicely to the device. I would recommend!

We bought this as a replacement for my wife's Fitbit Versa 2, which we paid about $150 for, that failed before 2 years (the battery would no longer take a charge). My wife only wants to keep track of her steps and miles walked per day, plus the time of day and notifications of texts from her phone (this watch connects to her iphone via bluetooth for text notifications). For these functions this watch performs flawlessly, and the miles walked are much more accurate than the Versa ever was! Plus it is much more feminine looking than the big clunky Versa 2. We don't care about the blood pressure monitor that so many people have downgraded this watch for. Crazy to think that a watch could accurately measure blood pressure anyway! If this watch only lasts 6 months, and I'm guessing it will last much longer, we can buy 4 of them to equal the cost of the Fitbit.

The readings are quite accurate. The sleep tracking feature is great and all in all the watch is great value for money and easy to set up. I think it's worth it to get the same results with this device as opposed to buying a more expensive device. Not only is this watch rugged and durable, but it's also affordable. From fitness tracking to seamless app integration, it offers a wealth of features that add value to everyday life. Needed this to keep track of HR & BP. It does track everything, but I’ve only worn is a couple of weeks now and the find your phone has stopped working, have not been able to get it to connect as far as phone calls or messages. As a a nurse I have compared to the the manual BP cuff and 2 digital ones and it is not accurate. It always shows my BP within normal range when it is at stroke level, the HR is is from one extreme to the other. I’m purchasing another style as this on was a complete waste of money. I’m going to give this company another try. As soon as they seen that I was having issues with the watch that I purchased, they reached out to me the very next day offering me a refund. I’ve decided to ask for a replacement and see if it’s better, as it could just be an issue with the watch and not all of their watches. Their customer service is excellent
