    • This chair will not last very long if you use it daily, especially for extended periods of time.
tl;dr: This chair has some pressure points which make it less comfortable than I'd expected. But it's extremely easy to put together and the materials feel to be of pretty good quality. From the moment you sit down on this chair, you'll notice the padding is good in some places and very thin in others. The seat cushion is fine towards the center and back, but at the front and front corners, you can tell this chair is made of metal bars with padding wrapped around it. If you have wider hips or you like to sit with one foot up on the seat, you're definitely going to notice how thin that padding is and how hard those bars are. I expect the padding where the bars are felt will not last more than 6–9 months, at most. The head and lower-back pillows attached very loosely and didn't want to stay in place for me. The straps are not adjustable, so you get what you get. If you remove the head pillow and attempt to lie back in this chair you may find— like I have, 6'0"/183cm tall —that your head is at just the right height to press against the 2 hard-plastic-rimmed cut-outs at the top of the back rest. The arm rests are vertically adjustable, which is great, but they are canoe-shaped and a very hard plastic-foam combination. If you sit in this chair with your arms crossed in front of you while watching a movie on your computer, or even in a natural and correct typing position, your elbows or forearms will have to rest on those oddly-shaped canoe arm rests. The shape is very unyielding. Fortunately, the design of this chair will allow you to replace the arm rests with something better— if you can find some compatible arm rests for sale or from a different chair. And finally, the foot rest doesn't extend very far. For my height, it extends a little past the back of my knees. I've decided to uninstall that portion of the chair because using it for an extended period of time— the duration of a movie —left me feeling like the circulation was somewhat cut off to my feet. I can't vouch for the wheels that come with the chair; I replaced them with rollerblade wheels which are allegedly better at protecting ones' flooring. I actually have 2 of these chairs. I researched chairs for weeks before buying the first chair. They are simply the most comfortable chair that I have ever sat in, and they are desk chairs. The leather is buttery soft like car leather. There is ample cushiony seat room and wheels to move around. They fit tall people very well. It would be an excellent stand alone chair, but the massage feature is better than $2500+ massage chairs that I have sat in. I did not expect the massage to be nearly as invigorating as it is. I laughed the first time I used it and was more productive. Even without the massage on, we are very happy with the easily reclining seat and back. The lift makes sitting down and getting up fun. There is an optional pull out footrest that is easy to put back, in a very space saving design. The armrests are adjustable and are a very nice hard cushioned material. There are nice extra lumbar pillows that are not pictured, as the back is so cushiony that they are extras. The black and gray chair has a very classy well stitched Healgen logo on front and back. There are also nice optional neck pillows. This chair has a position for many activities from energetic gaming to studying to taking a massage power nap. I need to add that we have a giant fluffy dog, whose fur clings to most materials, especially black, but not at all on these chairs. I like that very much and they are very easy to move to clean under. They are very sturdy. Everyone who has sat in them has said, "mmmmmm, comfy." Healgen makes a classy chair. I purchased this item and was mostly able to put it together. The chair is functional and usable. I discovered the foot rest's interior metal bar was very rusted. Having been in contact with the seller's customer service and they reimbursed me appropriate to the damage. I also notice there are a lot of metallic creaking noises whenever I reposition myself while sitting. Still the chair feels comfy for a tall slender fella. I like the material. Item could be better but I won't complain, it serves it's purpose for now. Customer service was really good to work with. ... show more

My boyfriend loves it! Got it for his bday! I put it together and it wasn’t simple but glad I did it. The only thing I don’t love is that the seat isn’t as comfortable as it seems. Maybe I will get a cushy thing to put on the seat, but if u don’t care buy it bc it’s a good chair

As you see in the picture way different and I thought that too the leaning handle doesn’t really stay in place and started to do that after like 2 weeks of having it, (what I mean is when I put the chair straight and just put a little wait it pushes back and doesn’t work anymore) it glides ok and it’s kind of comfy but not a very good neck rest it sticks my neck out to much and is very uncomfortable the lumbar support is ok it feels go while sitting but could be a bit more stable and softer and the arm rests move left and right to easy and the material kind of grips to much on my skin and hurts sometimes but if a couple of these were fixed and I got what I bought and not something completely different from everybody else than that would be better.. ... show more

Very nice chair, absolutely worth the price. It’s my first time trying a gaming chair, I have to say it’s better than an office chair. I always I have a back pain issue, so I have a high standard for a chair, this exceeds my expectations of the comfort level, I can sit on this whole day. What I love it more is that I can even sleep on the chair like the picture showed. About the assemble, I find it similar to a standard office chair.
