Got it yesterday, 4/23 and assembled in about 15 minutes. It was missing 2 screws for the armrest but a quick trip to the hardware store took care of that issue. I'm an insurance agent who works from home. After work today, I extended the footrest, leaned back, and promptly slept for ~4 hours on it. I was watching a show on Amazon Prime (shameless plug for Bosch) and the next thing I knew it was almost 10pm, the room was dark, and my dog needed to pee. While it says that the chair reclines to 155 deg, mine goes the full 180. I used a cheap battery pack that I had lying around to power the lumbar pillow which has 5 functions: 1. Low 2. High 3. Intermittent high 4. Constant low intermittent high. 5. This mode cycles through all of the other modes every few seconds. Overall, the chair is a good buy and my ass is in heaven since the seat is wide and roomy. My chihuahua, Freddie, approves of the padded armrest as he rested his little head on it as we slept. Excellent chair for the price. These guys were on it. Before it even shipped I got an email directly from the manufacturer thanking me for my purchase and gave me a number to call if I have any questions or problems. Easy instructions, not complicated to put together. Massager is a nice touch. You can easily slide it up and down no problem to adjust where it massages. Reclines back. Way back. Like all the way back, make you want to take a day nap back. Foot rest is also a nice touch pairs well when you do recline back. Sturdy, no noises. Played for a few hours and was in heaven. The arm rest do have padding in case people were wondering. The red is bright. It will show dirt. If you a mechanic like me make sure you clean your forearms well before sitting down or your arm rests will show dirt. Looks easy to clean, warm cloth and light soap. The padding is firm, it wont sag or lean. I have a friend who is larger then me, pushin 400. He sat in it no problem, although leaning back probably not a good idea. For anyone who says it doesnt go all the way down. Gas shocks are extremly stiff at first. If your not heavy enough you will have to put some weight into it to get the shock to seat and work in. Hence my friend :). For what you will pay you will not be sorry. So worth it I am thinking of getting another for the wifey. ... show more

The chair arrived promptly, even during the pandemic. It was pretty easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. The adjustable reclining and the lumbar pillow have really helped with my posture and lower back pain. It is much better than the old office chair I was using. I spend a lot of time at my computer between online school and gaming as a hobby. The pillows and reclining features are fantastic and I've been enjoying pulling out the leg rest to read or watch Netflix. There are three things that could use improvement, in my opinion. 1. The seat cushion is on the firmer side. I would have liked to have gotten something with a bit more cushion to it. 2. The massage portion of it is just a piece that vibrates towards the upper/middle part of the back. Between the lumbar pillow and shoulders. I only really find it useful when I am reclined back so that it hits more of my upper back. 3. The arm rest pieces are too easy to adjust sideways. I'm a thinner person, and they are situated a little wide on the chair. When I go to rest my arm and lean on one side it causes the piece to twist. ... show more

***REVIEW UPDATE*** Problem -SOLVED very quick by the seller. I contact seller and they solve problem very fast, they were very professional and efficient to solve the problem.It's very firm and very well done, and probably a good chair for somebody with 220lb. ________________________________________________________ I wait for 5 days even with a prime account to receive it, then when I put it together I realize is not coming with a vibration pillow as the advertisement said. Over all the chair is not what I expect, definitely not for big people, sit size is 19" and the 2 wings or flaps on the side of the chair are not soft and no cushion at all, very hard and uncomfortable on the side of my legs. It's very firm and probably a good chair for somebody with 190lb, probably a very skinny teenager... Hope this review help other to make the right decision. ... show more

What a piece of crap. Assembled it using "instructions", sit in it, recline and gets stuck in recline. I unassembled it and now it won't lock in recline mode because the latch doesn't move. I wouldn't be surprised if this company paid people to buy and review this chair, and that's why it is so highly rated! A couple notes to the manufacturer: 1.) There is something called QA (Quality Assurance), invest in it! 2.) Write a decent instruction manual. Don't cheap out on it like was obviously done here. Inspite of being around 50 lbs, this item was delivered on timely fashion being properly wrapped with a layer of foam. It took me some time to assemble, but once I get it done, this chair looked great as a gaming chair. The red and black color exactly matched my laptop color, and I get good vibes sitting in this chair. This feels so wonderful that I cant even explain. Because of reclining function with lumbar cushion, I can just sit on this chair playing games all day without backpain. I can change the rotating tension easily, so i feel more relaxed sitting on this. The leg-rest gives extra pleasure. Adjustable arm-rest made holding the joystick more comfortable. The quality of this product seems durable, at least for now. For the price, I personally think this is a great deal! ... show more
