This molded EVA case provides much better protection than a case with a fabric exterior and is much lighter than a "traditional" rigid flight case. It fits my Arturia KeyLab MkII (61 keys) perfectly.

I bought this case for my new Pioneer XDJ XZ decks and thought I'd be using it for regular transport to gigs but it is far too heavy and cumbersome and I've decided I need to buy a soft case for regular use. With the decks in it I need help to lift it into the backseat of my truck. Also the butterfly clips that close the case would not close when the case arrived- they had to be adjusted with a screwdriver in order to fit properly. I'll keep this case for long trips but in retrospect I probably would have been better off just buying the soft case and seeing if I ever really need this.

Case is great and I’ve put it to the test this past year. Gives me piece of mind transporting $2500 dollar equipment to and from gigs as a DJ. I haven’t flown with it but I’d wager it would hold up well. Fits perfectly with the XZs, and has room for extra cables etc. my only gripe is it arrived with 3/4 rubber pegs on the bottom missing, in addition to a lack of cable pass through as on the back. Disappointing to not be able to use this with my equipment at shows. Would be nice if they sent me replacement rubber foot pegs.

The case is pretty sturdy and has done a fine job of protecting the XZ but it's ridiculously heavy and makes it a pain to transport. with the XZ inside, it's about 66 pounds. This would be something I could get over but after only two or three gigs with the case, two of the butterfly latches that keep it shut broke. I can't even return it now so I just have a useless $350 flight case.

The case arrived on time and in excellent condition. Unboxed it is as exactly as described. It's not a true hard shell case as it is only a thin rigid material that forms the shell. On the inside my Akai mpk249 keyboard controller for easily with room to spare. Which brings me to a point. I would have liked to seen more padding around the outer edge, that would have been great. The two straps inside do an okay job of securing the keyboard in place but a good hard wack and there's not much on the inside to keep it in place. Like I said there's plenty of inside room. The shell will protect against minor bumps and drops but it's not a crush proof case but it's definitely better than a soft shell case/bag. Questionable if it's worth $129.99 but given the alternatives both in quality and price this was a happy compromise. Oh it does look good though. I can recommend this item if you don't mind paying for it.

It's good as-is but really isn't worth the price. The other issue is that I cannot leave anything plugged in, because it's too low, so I have to disconnect and connect everything every time when I want to use my XZ. I've ordered a hard case instead.

This case feels like one of my cheaper ones. I'm not too fond of the feet that are drilled into the bottom of it as well, as it makes it so it doesn't stack as all my other cases do. Also, the clips only pop out a bit instead of hinging all the way up, which annoys me. The fit is good, and there is some wiggle room in it, but I have traveled enough miles with it and have had no issues. My final most trivial complaint is that the panels are really slick/glossy and don't take stickers or tape well.
