    • Moisture without greasiness - good for fine hair
I have very fine, wavy hair AND a ludicrously dry scalp. Traditional coconut oil products weigh my hair down and turn me into a greaseball, but without them I'm a dry flakey mess. This product has a lotion-like consistency that's easy to apply and absorbs quickly, and whatever remains in my hair does a great job at defining my curls and adding volume without weighing it down. But more importantly: The scalp treatment works SUPER well. I've struggled with a flakey, itchy scalp for years, to the point where it was physically painful and I was considering a dermatologist. After using this for a few weeks, the itchiness is practically gone and so are the flakes. If you're in a similar position, try giving this a shot before you shell out money for something fancier. The product itself is really excellent and helps relieve my dry, itchy, flaky scalp. I was disappointed to find that the top protective screw off cap was missing and some of the product leaked into the shipping envelope. I won't return it as I love the product and only a bit leaked. Several people have commented about the same issue so perhaps the seller should be informed that this is happening. ... show more
