    • Wouldn't power up, but company made it right.
EDIT: I was contacted by the seller after making the below post and I have to say their customer service was amazing, they offered to replace the unit for me and send it right away. They do stand behind their products and make an effort to correct an issue. So learn from my mistake and test your items quickly, but know that there are some great sellers on here that stand behind their product. --------------------------------------------------- I bought this a couple months ago and am past the return window so that's on me and I'll eat the cost. But was disappointed tonight when I finally had some time to set it up that it wouldn't power up. I re-ran all the cabling, only using HDMI cables and the USB provided. All cables work for other devices as well, but this unit will not power up. No lights on the front to switch and clicking the switch button does nothing. I'll have to start over on my search for a good KVM to support dual monitors and dual PC's. I also did try the "support" option via Amazon but that only takes you to screenshots of the manual that came with the device or an AI that ran me around for a bit. Buyer beware, test it right away so that if yours does not work for you that you still have time to return. ... show more

I had my concerns on how well will this work but its been 2 months using the box and one button click is all it needs to switch between work chrome box and personal PC. A few times, the web cam that is shared between the devices was not detected right after the switch but that problem went away on its on. ... show more

    • It does not transmit video over USB! Requires 6 different HDMI cables and additional splitters
The only issue I have with it is that it does not transmit video over USB like a splitter does. You’ll need 6 different HDMI cable (2 from PC 1 to SP, 2 from PC 2 to SP, 2 from SP to monitors) most laptops has only 1 HDMI. So you’ll also need to get USB to 2 HDMI so you can connect 2 HDMI from PC and in SP! It would be much better product if it transmit video over USB or type C ports. ... show more

    • Causes mouse to jump aroud
The KVM switch works well. It takes about 3 seconds to switch; if my desktop has gone to sleep, it will not wake up, so I had to change the power settings. My one issue is that my wireless MX Vertical mouse jumps on my monitors, making it very difficult to grab an edge of a window and resize it. The mouse issue is enough for me to not recommend this KVM switch. ... show more

    • Just what I needed.
This KVM allows me to work between my Intel NUC 10 and my Raspberry Pi 4B. Video, keyboard, and mouse switch back and forth perfectly, and it's nice to have he little wired remote. Highly recommended.

This was the third KVM I bought after experiencing constant signal drops from USB and audio degradation on usb sound devices. This one works perfectly.
