UPDATE: I have been working with this KVM for 2 days. What I have come up with is there is some sort of problem with my combination of mouse and keyboard working with Windows 11 through the KVM. I use a the Logitech MX Keys and MX 3 mouse. I have tested this with both Linux and Windows 11, dual booting both operating systems. Under no condition will the keyboard work with the KVM and Windows 11. However it does work consistently with Linux. The MX devices can be programmed for 3 devices each. What I have done is setup 2 of the Logitech unifying dongles with both the mouse and keyboard for Linux. Then under Windows 11, I use bluetooth for the keyboard. It is workable and I can live with it as long as it works. With that, I am upping my 2 star to a 4 star on this review since I don't think the problem is entirely the KVM, but possibly using wireless devices on the KVM. ========================= end update Just received this KVM yesterday. I am not new to KVM's and have many in use for various purposes. Upon receipt, I replaced a 2 port with this 4 port and added 2 computers. All seems to be working except the keyboard on 1 computer. No matter what port I use on the KVM, the keyboard does not work. Strange because the the computer worked fine on the previous KVM and it works fine with a keyboard directly connected to it. Unless I turn the KVM off and immediately switch to the problematic device will the keyboard work. If I switch the KVM to any other port before switching to the problematic device, the keyboard is not detected. I see there is a similar issue in the Q&A section. Not sure if this is a 1 off issue or if it is a problem with the KVM design. I have tried switching the cables around in the KVM and the problem follows the device. I have tried different cables, no difference. The 3 other devices so far seem to work flawlessly. ... show more

Set it all up but initially couldn't get the keyboard and mouse to work. Was all ready to return it when, the next day, I realized I hadn't connected the two USB patch cables that go from the back of the KVM box to EACH computer. duh (SMH). Once I connected the USB cables as designed my mouse and keyboard (and video) worked just fine. Great product so far! ... show more

I got this to replace a KCEVE KVM switch that kept appending multiple instances of characters whenever I used the "1" or "2" keys above the keyboard. It seems to work fine at this point. I use a wired Dell keyboard and wired Microsoft Intellimouse Optical. I only wish they offered a HDMI 2.1 version that supported 120Hz at 4K, but I'll have to wait on that. ... show more

I did experience an issue with the usb output not performing as expected, however with communication with the company they assisted me and had me plug the device into a 5v USB. Now this KVM Switch works perfectly. This product is made very strong.
