I wish I had my photos, which I think I accidentally deleted. But his is a review in comparison with the Motorola MBP-50 5" baby monitor. We only returned this because we ordered the Motorola on EBAY and we couldn't return it. Pros: 1. This camera captures movement and reactions much faster 2. Has MUCH clearer display, not as pixulated 3. Has VOX 4. Monitor and both cameras are both very light Cons: 1. The 6x zoom is not as close as you think 2. It only scans really 90 degrees left to right. It has limited up/down scanning 3. There is some loud feedback sound sometimes if the volume is higher and you are in certain spaces (I couldn't figure out why) 4. Claims 1000 ft connection, but it was on/off when the monitor was in the bed room and I was outside the door, which is not even 1000 ft 5. The cameras can get hot to touch when they are on, so you have to touch the base and not the actual camera Pros for Motorola: 1. 2x zoom MUCH better 2. Volume is much better 3. Scanning is much better Cons: 1. More delayed with movement and reactions 2. No VOX 3. Screen picture is more "grain" like compared to AXVUE ... show more

    • It does what it says BUT...
So this is monitor was a surprise. It worked as advertised, picture was decent with very little delay, the 'night vision' was surprisingly helpful at night. I do have some dislikes about this product though but before I go into it I want to preface with I'm not a super picky person when it comes to products. I try to evaluate something and see if it still functions before I just send something back. I understand there is a chance things don't work and it's easy to send it back if it is actually broken. Also, I'm not going to cover every single detail of this system. That being said let's get started with the pros and cons. Pros - This product is decent for the price and has some features that would make other items more expensive. - Video is 720p quality with light, natural or artificial, even with a slight delay on the tablet. - 'Night Vision' is really helpful and works every time. - The ability to have two cameras and select which one to talk through is very helpful. We have 3 kids 2 and under (twins) and we can use them in separate rooms. The volume control works too. Meaning if you are trying to softly speak to your baby or toddler through the tablet when they are waking up it's not translated as a scream. - Having a wireless tablet that is a non-blutooth system is great. You just plug in the cameras and select one or both to display. It does a good job of splitting the feed and zooming in. It also has a good range so if you have a big house it will work all through it. - The cameras have a good microphone that picks up small/quiet sounds. There are thermometers on them to tell you the temp that are accurate enough for this purpose. They function as advertised. Cons - The freaking tablet screen doesn't shut off after 10 weeks of use which sucks at night when you are trying to sleep. The obvious fix was to cover it but in the middle of the night when you are barely awake you start knocking stuff to the floor trying to see what is going on. The real issue behind this is the fact that it drains the battery much faster which leads me to the next con. - The charging port is very finiky now (10 weeks) and we have to set up a mouse trap level of engineering to get it to make a good connect so it will charge. - Getting help from the company is near impossible through Amazon. Forget about going to the website. I have yet to find a customer support or contact us tab. TL;DR: The system works for the money but the longevity of the product sucks. ... show more

    • Amazing Customer Service
We bought this back in 2021 before our second child arrived. By August of 2023, the monitor had been through some things. The pop out stand had snapped off and the battery didn't hold a charge for super long. The last straw was after it fell off a counter onto the floor and the screen started to show discolored streaks across it. I sent an email to customer service to see if I could just purchase a new monitor vs a completely new set-up. They were super helpful and let me know that while they don't provide individual parts, they could send me a returned set to try at no cost. They never confirmed with a tracking code, but a few weeks later a new-to-me monitor and cameras arrived at my house. Unfortunately, the monitor didn't turn on, even after trying to charge it. I emailed customer service again and they apologized but said that is the risk you take when getting a used model. They then offered to send me ANOTHER returned model to try, again at no cost. This time the monitor and cameras arrived and it looked like they were never used, just an open box that got returned that they couldn't resell. The monitor works with my existing cameras, so we didn't have to swap everything out. We now can see our kids again with no screen issues. The customer service I received was amazing and leaps and bounds better than other manufacturers. I would highly recommend this camera to others on that alone. ... show more

Love this monitor for providing the option to have continua’s sound from both rooms! Pictures not great, but its good enough/does the trick (I will say the first two I purchased had a better picture than the new one) Anyways, I haven’t found any others that provide sound from both rooms at all times to change to… honestly I just I Wish it had better longevity only ever lasts a year for me :( usually stopes holding any charge even when plugged in. ... show more
