it will shock you how well it works the stuff you didnt know is pulled out of your skin. its really gross but really effective the camera makes it so much easier to use but keep it moving on high or you will bruise soft face skin

I wouldn’t have posted this if there was literally ANY way to get in contact with the seller, but alas, there isn’t. Maybe this will help. The charging port tongue broke less than a month in. The anchor tabs must have not been soldered properly. I want a replacement. It’s too late for a refund but I just want one that works!!!!! I purchased this product recently and the charging port failed far sooner than expected under normal use. The small internal metal connector piece inside the port became dislodged and is now rattling loose inside the device. Because of this, the charger no longer stays connected and simply falls out, making the product unusable. The device was never dropped, mishandled, or used improperly. This appears to be a defect in the charging port assembly itself, as the internal connector seems to have detached from its housing/solder points during ordinary charging. I attempted to carefully inspect the port, but the internal component cannot simply be snapped back into place because it appears to be part of the port’s built-in connector structure.

I recently purchased this Blackhead Remover Vacuum, and it seems to be a very good product after using a few times. The vacuum comes with multiple suction heads, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the setup process a breeze. I appreciate that the device has adjustable suction levels, allowing me to start with a gentler setting and gradually increase the intensity as needed. The vacuum effectively removed blackheads and excess oil, leaving my pores noticeably cleaner and smaller. My skin felt smoother and looked more radiant. One feature I particularly love is the built-in camera, which helps me see exactly where I’m targeting. I do agree with other reviews that the suction on the higher settings is somewhat powerful, so you have to constantly move the tool so that you don't create bruising on your face. A couple of tips for best results: steam your face or use a warm towel before using the vacuum to open up your pores, and be sure to move the vacuum slowly across your skin to avoid any irritation.

My boyfriend got me this one a couple years back and it broke so I tried a different one. I ended up sending that one back and re-purchasing this one because it really works and it has great camera quality. I am very light skinned so what I’ve learned is even on the first setting my face will get a bunch of red streaks and then when I’m done I normally just take an ice roller and roll my face for 20 minutes. I’ve learned that that helps the redness and streaking go away. Also I just don’t go anywhere the next day lol. But if you’re like my boyfriend who has tan skin and gets super tan in the summer, he can use all of the settings with barely any streaking and then it is gone the next day so I guess it all depends on your skin type but if you wanna get those nasty blackheads and stuff out, this is the one!
