At first, I was skeptic of trying out a new paddle from a company that I’ve never even heard of. This product has exceeded my expectations and has given me similar, if not, better performance than popular pro-line paddles. The havok pro paddle provided me excellent power, spin, and control. I was able to pin point and land my shots with ease. The textured surface allowed me to hit a lot of spin and power on my serves and the majority of them landed in. Dinks were a little more harder for to do, but I think its more of me still learning how to dink properly. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. For the price of $149 on amazon and the quality of the paddle makes it a steal. Definitely a competitor for the top of the line paddles out in the market. My only complaint is that I wish the grip had more “girth” to it. Its more of a flat octagon than a round one. Otherwise, I am very interested in seeing new releases from this company! ... show more

I’m new to pickleball but grew up playing tennis and ping pong. After first few times playing with friends 2nd cheaper paddles to this is night and day. The spin I am able to put on between slice and top spin and everything in between shocked me. Might not be needed for a beginner player unless you are comfortable with spin. I got it cyber Monday so little cheaper than is now. For sure worth it. Don’t spend $200 plus. Definitely recommend. ... show more

I was hesitant to buy this paddle since there was not much reviews on here. When I purchased it there was only one review on this product. However, I'm glad that I purchased it. This paddle is my go to. As far as the paddle. It's lightweight, great balance, control and spin. It also feels solid to the touch. Replaced my Selkirk Project 3 Invikta for this paddle. Half the price! Wonderful for dinks and spin. Not a power paddle, so an advanced player looking for power might want to stay with Selkirk power paddles. But I am advanced, playing for 30+ years, and I dink and spin and this paddle, at half the price of the pro line from Selkirk, is now my go-to paddle. I have the 6.0 DBD 16 mm. I got the Havok as a backup, and it hits like the DBD. Control and power. I Like it a lot after using 2 weeks. A friend also tried my Havok and bought it.

The Havok Pro is a great pickleball paddle—make no mistake about it! It’s a definite step up from most beginner and intermediate paddles. It plays well, feels great in the hand, is handsome to look at, and…so why the 4-star rating? My usual paddle is a Legacy Pro which is available at approximately the same price point and its dimensions are quite similar as well. In contrast to the Legacy Pro, I felt this didn’t have quite the same power and spin capabilities. Not that it doesn’t deliver considerable power and spin, but it’s just a shade less than what I’m used to. Control from the paddle was equal, and from the product description that’s the Havok Pro’s greatest strength. If you currently play with a beginner or lower quality intermediate paddle, the Havok Pro will definitely improve your game. It’s a great pickleball paddle! ... show more
