My order was almost to my house and then the tracking was canceled and labeled undeliverable because the packaging was bad and denied by the carrier. (Amazon representative told me this) I Called and I was sent a replacement. Between my first order and the replacement I had to wait two weeks for it to arrive. It came in two boxes which was no big deal until we realized there were NO INSTRUCTIONS or labels on parts. The fabric covered some of the pre drilled holes and without instructions it made the process longer than needed. 4 hours later and many mistakes and having to look at this stock picture it was finally put together. Oh and let’s not forget all screws, washers, etc came in a plastic bag bunched together (you separate them yourself) overall the bed is great but experience wise sucked so I am taking off two stars for no instructions and having to wait two weeks when it shouldn’t have taken that long. Light are not included I added them. ... show more
