The media could not be loaded. I bought this pillow for my husband. He thought the pillow looked good quality, but it was too small and soft for him. He is a big guy and he likes a hard, higher one. So, I tried it myself. I liked it! The design and memory foam material is perfect for supporting my neck and shoulders, relieving neck and back tension or pain .It has truly exceeded my expectations, and it’s the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. "Rip me out the plastic, I been actin' brand-new." Only gave it a 4 star because I literally just got it. I wake up in shoulder/neck pain and with headaches constantly because of poor alignment and getting older. 😔 Today, my entire back and neck were inflamed. I also had menstrual cramps bad. I take 6-9 advil per day during my cycle for about 4 days. I'm really trying to cut back. I laid down on my back and positioned my head and shoulders properly. I relaxed my body so I could release the pain and the pillow to do its job. THE PAIN LITERALLY LEFT MY BODY! I'm feel so good. I feel amazing. I cannot wait to goto bed tonight. 🤣 P.S. I also was able to turn on my side positioning my arms as directed. I did not experience numbness as I usually do. I have a high pain tolerance, so for me to write review means I was in extreme pain. The media could not be loaded. I would recommend this for a child it is not made for an adult. It is flimsy & does not contour to your spine. I’ve bought others like this and will go back to that brand. Plus plastic button in the middle your head literally rests on it.

This pillow is incredibly comfortable!! It gives me the perfect neck, shoulder and arm support. I love the arm support on this pillow because I would sleep on my hands under my face, but now this pillow prevents numbness and tingling throughout the night!

I am not thrilled with this pillow. It says it's 5-1/2" high, but it is pretty flat when I lay back on it. If it wasn't for the fact that the head of my bed is raised a little bit, it definitely would not work for me. My arms do not fit in the spots as shown in the picture, which is the main reason I bought it, to try and help woththe shoulder pain and the falling asleep of my arms at night. If you are one who is good with laying flat, then it probably will work for you. Since I paid almost $40 for this pillow I am going to have to try and make it work. ... show more
