If you get this it is important to know that it's very unpredictable! You can make it go higher by placing your hand or an object directly underneath. You can potentially change the speed at which it flies by how fast you move your hand in its path. It is semi random in the direction it goes, it seems kind of influenced by the direction in which you place your hand under it in order to make it fly higher. So if you slide your hand from the right to the left, it will often head to the left. But sometimes it just goes up or in other directions. If you need to grab it to redirect it's trajectory, grab it from the side around the legs. It you try to grab from the bottom it just flies out of reach. If you grab the legs, it's less likely to hit you with the wings, which spin really fast! It does hurt a little if it runs into you but it's not exceptionally painful or too awful. The unpredictable nature of it's flight and the fact that it does hurt a bit and frequently crashes into things (including you) makes it a tad terrifying. If it does crash, it will need to be turned off and back on again in order to reset it. Otherwise, it just blinks at you and won't fly. However scary and unpredictable it may be, my toddler, adult kid, husband and myself all laugh hysterically (mainly because the toddler's laugh is infectious) as this crazy toy crashes all around the house. It's easy to recharge (comes with the cord, standard USB), pretty sturdy considering how many times it's run into my walls, soft enough that it hasn't damaged my walls or my family, and my kids love it! So all in all, I call it a win! ... show more

I bought this for my niece for Christmas. At first she loved it!! However, the fiery doesn’t just hover in the air in one spot. It flies left to right and there is no way to control it. She eventually ends up hitting the wall, light fixture, window, etc and comes crashing down. Every time this happens one of the wings breaks off. Sometimes you can put them back on but so many have broken to the Point where you cannot reattach them. She now has only 2 wings left so it cannot fly. She cannot use the toy anymore and she’s had it less than 3 weeks. Do not buy! Waste of money! ... show more

I bought this for my three year old niece. She loves it. It takes a bit of getting used to how it functions. But it's a lot of fun learning. Keep in mind. It will crash into everything nearby. (part of the fun). So make sure you don't use it in a room with ceiling fans, breakable objects, or fireplaces. Have fun. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My daughter loves this doll. It’s well made and charges quickly. The only down fall is she can only play with it outside because it’ll randomly get out of control and fly into everything quickly and hard. To the point that it’s kind of scary. It’s also difficult to get it to stop. You have to try to grab the legs while it’s spinning and that’s a fight all in itself because the sensor makes it fly even higher every time you try to grab it. The wings also hit you a lot when you try to grab it. My daughter is to afraid to grab it herself because of the wings hitting her. NOT safe to use around tvs or fragile items. One of the wings did break after suddenly running away and flying into the wall and kitchen appliances but it was fixable. I was excited to get this for my daughter because I remember having a similar one as a child and how much I loved it. She was happy to get one. I just feel bad she can’t play with it often because of how dangerous it is to fly in the house. Overall, I probably wouldn’t recommend this doll unless you use it outside or have an empty room to fly it in. I bought it for my 4 year old sister. But it seems very powerful since the blades swing fast. I'm a bit scared to give it to her because it looks like it can cause injury. Otherwise it works fine and when the wings come off you can just snap it back in. The noise isn't loud and the colour is exactly what she described to me that she desires ... show more
