I got home with my delivery being delivered early. The box was completely destroyed to the point where we couldn't carry it in. I was worried that parts would be scratched and or broken. I had to open the box and carry the pieces to the room. The box it was shipped in pretty much disintegrated upon any amount of force. Assembly went smooth and the instructions, all pictures, are ok compared to most. All of the drawers roll smooth and have a nice look to them. The sliding doors however, slide on rollers that aren't the most secure on the rail and only one glide screw. The roll ok but feel like they might fall off. The drawers aren't that heavy, but the dresser with them installed is very heavy. Without the drawers, the base is easy to move. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to put the sliding doors on a rail and to put it in a thicker box.

I bought this product expecting something decent, but it was a huge disappointment. The color is nothing like what’s shown in the pictures — the color completely different from what was advertised. On top of that, the material is very low quality — it’s made of compressed sawdust, not real wood. It feels flimsy, cheap, and clearly won’t last long. Worst of all, I’ve been trying to resolve the issue with the seller for days, and they still want me to pay for the return shipping on a piece of crap, non mention that I already pay for delivered a bad quality item. That’s just unacceptable customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this product. Looks nice in photos, but the reality is very different.

This dresser is amazing. Not only is the price well worth the purchase but the quality is fantastic. Very solid. Extremely easy to put together by one person. My husband and I did break up the construction with him working on the drawers while I put the main dresser together just to make it go faster. I highly recommend all of the matching pieces as well.

I bought this product back in May and I have had it for quite some time. In all honesty this is the most frustrating piece of furniture I have yet to own and now looking to replace. Every single drawer gets stuck or caught on something when opening and closing drawers. There’s just barely enough clearance space to open the top drawers without them getting caught on the sliding doors on the side. When you close the drawers, they don’t close with ease and go right into place. They get caught on something/itself. I’m constantly having to readjust each time I open and close the drawer, having to use two hands to hold the doors aside or to readjust the drawer, so it closes on the bottom portion of the dresser. I absolutely regret buying this dresser and it’s so disappointing because it’s such a beautiful piece but that’s about it. If you don’t plan on using the dresser often be my guest. I would not recommend for daily use and access for preservation of your nerves and mental sanity.
