The product I received is different from the product images. I received two different sets of handles, neither of which look like the handles pictured. When I opened the box it looked as if it had been opened before (foam in strange places, damaged internal boxes, items unprotected and chipped, missing instruction manual). I had purchased this thinking it was brand new, but it is not new. It is not even the product I ordered. If I wanted to assemble it and purchase different handles, I can’t even assemble it as there is no instruction manual. I’m sure if I wanted to get my money back it would be an added hassle. Don’t waste your time or money. *** Update: While there may have been a manufacturer issue, the seller was kind enough to resolve my issue well above my expectations. They deserve five stars for excellent customer service. Thank you!

the drawers are good for the amount of clothing i have, and i don't have a whole lot. the chest itself is just shorter than i thought it would be based on the images, and there weren't a whole lot of reviews to go by. i got all the correct pieces and it took me about 5-6 hours to assemble simply because i did it myself and took breaks in between. it was a pretty penny, and i probably could've found something cheaper, but i'm content with the item. if you want something taller with bigger drawers though, i recommend you keep scrolling through amazon. (no pictures because i wrote this on my lunch break at work, sorry.)

To start off, I was very disappointed with the size, specifically the height. Especially for the price. Honestly, I don't know exactly what was wrong with the handles, my husband put it together. All I know is he was extremely frustrated and is gonna have to buy new handles. The screws for the handles were much too short as well. 0/10 would not recommend, PLEASE don't waste over 200 dollars!!! on this piece of garbage.
