Absolutely love this product! I was tired of paying yearly and monthly fees for the gym when I really only used the elliptical and everything else I could do at home. I was a little worried because I have such a small apartment as a graduate student, but I took a shot. It is the perfect size and does not take up too much space. I'm 5'1" and the stride is great, and it is super sturdy. When I first got it, the elevator in my complex was broken, so I couldn't get it up to my apartment. I was going to return it and repurchase it later in case something was wrong. I didn't want to miss the return period. But, they assured me I would be able to have that option once I was able to open it. Customer service is incredible. They are very responsive and helpful.
