This battery quit charging on September 2, 2023, and I contacted the Hart company for support and warranty service. The battery was only 3 months old. Here it is October 13, 2023, and I'm still waiting for help. Worst company to deal with. I have had 5 different customer service personal contact me and they wanted to have the same questions answered. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Terrible edit: more specifically it won't hold a charge for very long (20 minutes compared to 40 my other one) and won't recharge well. my other one charges in about 4 hours this one has been on the charger for almost 5 and is not even halfway full.
