I’ve had bareback pads in the past and they always seem to disappoint. Not this one! I like the grippy surface for me, soft surface for him, and decent cushion between the two of us. It seems to stay put rather well and as a bonus it will just fit our 40” Shetland pony too. I’m very picky and can recommend this!

I like this pad and use it a lot. My only complaint is it’s a small seat area for us with larger bottoms. It doesn’t slip or slide and my horse seems comfortable in it.

Amazon delivered my pad when I was working with my horse. He is a 15:1 QH and the pad fit perfectly . I found the pad very strongly stitched on the girth and handle.
