Sharp & sturdy with the blade tang going all the way through the handle. Good quality, smooth stylish handles (if knives can be stylish... LOL). So far, no problems except one that is my fault. I left a couple of them to soak in water for about a week (unknowingly) and part of the tang rusted. I also left a pricey cutco knife in the same soaking situation but they did not rust. I realize soaking good knives is a no-no so I can't blame anyone but myself; I'm just making a comparison. I'm happy with the overall performance and I do recommend them. ... show more
