    • New installation but seems solid
This product seems to be made well. We purchased it for my son in college who is sharing a room. It’s a longer and detailed build but I could say that about ANY of these frames. They all have a lot of pieces so patience is a virtue. Directions were good in my opinion, especially compared to his roommates similar bed frame. That product had a terrible manual and two cracked pieces in the kit. We didn’t have any of these issues. The tubular construction is better looking, but if you want to add any extra stabilization it makes it a bit tricky. The frame itself is pretty steady but my son is a big kid and we would have liked to have added some 90 degree “L” brackets in the corners but I did not have the correct drill bits with me. To be fair if you put any bed this size five feet in the air there will be some swaying when climbing up from the end ladders. We bought him an additional ladder to in and out of the bed. The biggest pain with this frame was the support rails for underneath the mattress. You have to align 15-20 of them at once into an end piece. That was a little frustrating and took a bit. Definitely need two people for portions of the build including that piece. We like the desk attachment with this frame. If you want to add an addition desk on an end a 40” desk will fit great FYI. I know I have pointed out a couple of frustrations but we are very happy with the frame in general. Good luck! ... show more

I have always wanted a loft bed and I finally have one. The directions were fairly easy to follow. You need at least 2 people to assemble it. All the screws were installed tight. The bed shakes a little. But I know I installed the bed right, so I am not worried about the bed falling apart. I bought the double bed. I am very happy with it. ... show more

The instructions weren't as clear as I'd like and one of my bolts was completely stripped but otherwise it was great. It wiggles quite a bit when my 110 pound child crawls into bed but feels pretty sturdy. I'm glad we went with the stairs instead of the ladder. Great for saving space in a small room. The product info says it holds 400lbs. When we got it out to set up is says only 250lbs on the bed. I’m pissed. I looked for a bed that would hold a lot, my 12yr old is a full sized adult already and with the mattress she about come to the limit. The bed is wobbly and shaky. Not worth the $ at all. The instructions are not easy to understand, but the bed is nice and sturdy. My daughter loves it. It's pretty tall and doesn't leave too much room, but she's ok with it, she is getting used to it.

My kid loves it. She is 12 years old. The directions to it were trash. If directions were better it would’ve been easier and not as long. But once done, it’s amazing! And a space saver
