    • Good tool with limits.

I've been using the HARDELL Cordless Rotary Tool Kit for a couple of weeks now, mostly for some light DIY projects around the house like engraving small wooden plaques and polishing metal fixtures. It's a solid entry-level option if you're not looking for heavy-duty power but want something portable and straightforward. The 8V battery holds up decently for short sessions—enough to get through a few hours of intermittent use without needing a recharge—and the 5-speed settings make it easy to dial in the right RPM for different materials, from delicate carving at the lower end to grinding at max speed. I appreciate the quick-change collet and the included 61 accessories; they've covered everything I've thrown at it so far without any frustration. It's lightweight too, which is great for precision work without hand fatigue. Battery life could be a tad longer for longer projects, but that's my only minor gripe, and it's common with cordless tools in this price range. Overall, it's reliable and versatile for hobbyists—definitely recommend it if you're starting out or just need a handy multi-tool. 4.5 stars. ... show more

This little thing works and works great. It's got a smooth motor. Fits my dremel bits. I can do my nails with it and grind metal. Drills through everything I have thrown at it. Fits in my hand. Had it for a month. Charged it when it first came in. Haven't had to recharge it yet

"I orginally intended to leave a glowing review of this tool.. it was a time saver and worked great. 45 days later the internal flex cable broke in half. Would still love this tool if i had a cable The seller does not have replacement parts. However they offered a full refund so i can replace it. I countered with a 50% refund as i found a third party company that has replacement cables ... show more

I received a replacement for my old one that was sent with a round collet tightening screw. The picture on the Amazon website now shows a proper tightening nut with straight sides for a wrench. My replacement also had a round tightening nut. I had to grind down two sides in order to make the wrench fit. Very disappointed. ... show more

I love this tool! So versatile and not too large to handle for small pieces. The only downside is constantly having to change the collet to use different tips. So nice not having to deal with a cord getting in the way. East to use. Love the felt polishing tips!

The motor and everything ran fine except for the shaft. The shaft casing broke within a couple of hours of use. The other ones I have have been on there for months and never had any problems. I was able to rig it with some tape and some other stuff to make it Work again.
