Good tasting medium roast coffee beans :-)

Good tasting medium roast coffee beans literally.. I ate a few after opening the container filled with amazing rich aroma … I find using 15g coffee and 250g of hot water makes the best brew for me so far.. I am using a basic old Kitchen Aid blade grinder to grind. It is not the best evenly grind but will do for now before the new fancy hand grinder’s arrival … it’s only get better for this hobby adventure.. I did 3 brews so far. Two brews wirh Aeropress coffee maker and one with Japanese ceramic reusable coffee filter. All the brews turned out smooth, tasty with a nice balance of acidity. The ceramic reusable filter provided the best full flavors with oil passed through while the paper filter via Aeropress provided the clean taste … all perfect in its own way :-) I love the optimistic clean packaging and the company’s mission in acquiring their sources. I will try out their dark roast and light roast beans jn the near future as well. The price is right for the 12oz package. I love it if the company would include the roast date as well which is often only provided by gourmet specialty coffee beans. The best by date is standard for all food related products but for coffee whole beans, it is helpful to include roast date for sure.

Quite mellow for a dark roast.
Flavor Name: Dark Roast
This coffee surprised me for how smooth it is while being a dark roast. I have made it using a drip grind both in a standard coffee brewer and thru a Vietnamese drip press. The flavor and smoothness is quite the same regardless of strength of brew. While I drink coffee black, the taste is like an added sweetness or a mellow cream flavor. The caffeine buzz is noteworthy. You really do not need to drink many cups for a morning buzz. The packaging itself I think should keep it fresh long enough to finish the amount without other canisters. This is a good value great tasting coffee.

Delicious coffee

Amazing product and the packaging is awesome. Having a container that keeps the coffee fresh and can be reused helps the environment. The coffee is delicious and I can’t wait to try other varieties. So glad I added this item to my shopping cart.

Smell is amazing and tastes even better! Love the unique packaging too. I’ve tried all 3 roasts from happy and have loved them all. Also cool to see that they’re partnered with NAMI. Will be trying the grounds and pods next!

Not right for me
Flavor Name: Light Roast
I typically drink dark roast but I thought I would try this. It tastes generic or cheap and leaves a bad aftertaste. Seems to be low acid. Packaging is cute but I can’t like this product. I don’t believe you have to buy expensive brands to have good coffee so I took a shot with this one.

I love this coffee. It’s tasty. I can get. Difference in my mood and energy. I stop using it for a week , we were on vacation and I did not bring it with us. I could tell a big difference when I started back.

Very flavorful and deep robust freshly brewed expresso. Kinda expensive for the amount of beans but will probably purchase again. The container is airtight so that’s a plus for bag bean storage. Highly recommend
