Update to previous review: Since the chairs started to rust, I was given a percentage back as a refund. I will say that I wasn’t too pleased with the fact that I was initially asked to submit my review before receiving the refund which I didn’t do. Now that I have indeed received the refund , Im updating my review. Initial review: I’ve only had this table for a week. Haven’t even used it yet. I put it together and put it on my deck and while we were out of town for the weekend it rained. The rain left splotches on the table that were still visible even after wiping the table. Trying to find something to clean the table to remove the stains and also a protective cover for it. Since the tabletop is so sensitive, it would have been nice if the table came with a cover. Lastly, several of the chairs are wobbly. I contacted customer service but have not heard back yet. ... show more

Better than I expected, beautiful, excellent quality and amazing customer service. I contacted customer service for a missing chair foot plugs and Melody was great, super sweet very respectful and attentive. They sent me the missing parts and she kept following up with me to check if I received the part and if I'm satisfied with everything. I am very impressed with the customer service because now a days we don't get this type of attention and respect from customer services. Very satisfied!!!! ... show more

**EDIT** The company Hapattio has done everything to make these problems right. They have been quick to respond to my messages and have sent me everything I need to fix/replace the damaged/missing pieces. I very much appreciate the service. ** The set arrived damaged and it took a month to get the replacement pieces. Once put together by my husband (who is a licensed contractor) the chairs are all uneven. Each chair has one leg that is about a half inch short so the chairs wobble. One of the replacement legs is missing the piece that goes in the bottom to keep it from scraping the patio. The cushions are comfortable and a nice neutral shade. The wicker look is also nice looking. I would NOT purchase again and it is now too late to return it. Lesson learned. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Patio set was easy to assemble although one of the chairs was missing all the washers to assemble. Luckily we had some extra ones in the bottom of our tool box.. chairs are comfy and I like the dark wicker look of it. Nice that there is a hole in the table for an umbrella as well. My only other complaint is that the color is off. I ordered green and the box is labeled green. But the cushions are definitely more of a blue color. Overall not a big deal but definitely not green for those wondering about the color. ... show more

I really wanted something cute and cheap for the front porch, but most of the sets in my price range had reviews saying they were so small, that they felt like they were for little kids. These are normal size with a pretty cushion. They were mostly easy to assemble, it’s just screws and washers screwed in with an allen wrench, but one of the chairs I had to SLIGHTLY thread every screw to then screw then down - otherwise they wouldn’t line up right. The product isn’t labeled - but it really isn’t complicated to figure out what goes where. Price: perfect for what I needed Quality: sturdy, I would say great - but please don’t use this review for that, as we will hardly sit in them. Size: normal. This is the perfect “aesthetic” set and I’m happy with the purchase. ... show more
