Bought for old Mavic Air and DJI Go4. It needs to be installed from DJI site. Initially would not enter aircraft due to disallowed access to location services. It needed to be enabled for the app but also globally since location was disabled.

Just received and opened the box. First thing noticed that Internal Memory is 48GB, NOT the listed 64GB. The packaging for the cable and adapter were torn. Cable is a USB-A/USB-C cable and adapter is 4 Amp USB A.

Small tablets have come a long way. this is nicely built, transferred my software right away, and will serve it's purpose very nicely - something just a bit bigger than my phone to read on, and to be a backup music player. i loved this little thing! so easy to get my favorite apps on there, thing was fast and clear. entered all (ALL) my pertinent info, nice! enjoyed it for six hrs, and then it died. did not quit, it completely died, died deader than dead. this is by far a better tablet than the anazon version i now own where installing every app comes with a host of bs to get thru and then still won't install. i'm seriously thinking of buying another hoavm tablet, taking my chances, i really loved that thing. the seller refunded my money and understood that i was reluctant to send back a tablet w all my personal info on it, dead or not. thankful but sad CORRECTION - the refund i received was for a faulty item i'd returned and refund was issued before i bought the haovm 8. haovm seller emailed me offering a full refund and i gladly accepted. great product, great customer service and would definitely buy from them again ... show more

The tablet has always had a case and glass protector gave it to my son for Christmas but now the touch screen just doesn’t work. Past the return window 119 down the drain…. Update…. The company reached out to me after the review and sent me a replacement, turns out they have a 1 year warranty! Never even requested I changed my 1 star review. I received my replacement within 3 days and it’s been working ever since! Super happy they have amazing customer service! ... show more
