Provides a decent entry-level scope and AWG function, perfect for functional test of analog circuits. The modulation features are excellent for audio frequency work. I am expecting the capture depth to be quite useful in other tests. Lightweight, provides a nice screen and intuitive user interface for less than the price of a USB scope. Does not include internal termination for the inputs, you need to provide a feedthrough termination to use 50 or other ohm input impedance. Good job, Hantek! We'll see how it holds up over time....

A decent scope for a good price. Needs isolation transformer or isolation probes but that's true for 90% of scopes out there. Software is a bit buggy but works. Very cheaply made you might find a cheaper version elsewhere. Good specs for the $. Display is adequate barely.

This review is for the Hantek DSO2D15 Digital Storage Oscilloscope 150MHz. 4-24. This is a very nice machine. Unfortunately, it was more scope than I really needed. A lot of research was done before this scope was purchased, and personally, I felt that this scope was the best value for the dollar. Now, if your looking for a lab grade scope, well, what are you doing looking at 200 dollar scopes? On the other hand, if you need a good scope, at a reasonable price, for your personal bench, you really not look any further... IMO.

Does everything I expected it to do. Only downside was not having a signal generator. I knew this one didn't have it but if I had known how useful it would have been I would have gotten one with it built in.

My Device has the latest Hantek updates. I came from a background of several analog oscilloscopes and thus this is my first digital scope. Lots to learn and get used to..Yes it has some cool features that I did not test yet. Liked the user layout, and so far had only one freeze.Not sure what what I did to cause it. Liked the single sweep function to determined circuit startup features. I did check the rise time and it is close to rated 2.3 to 3 nano seconds. Used a home made schmidt trigger generator to get an idea of the approximate rise time. The generator was seen on you tube from W2aew . The FFT feature proved to be almost useless. Perhaps it was me, but I used and much memory as I could. BUT, this is a entry scope and not an expensive full featured scope. All in all this is a great way for anyone to get a background into the world of digital oscilloscopes. Kudos to HanteK for making scope with reasonable specifications at a low user cost.

This is an initial first impressions review. Got this scope yesterday and ran it through all it's functions. For the money this is a fantastic scope! I really like the wave generator function (only on the "D" models, not on the "C" models). So far everything appears to work great. Only negative I have so far is the LCD screen on mine came with a layer of protective film over it. This film needed to be removed by the manufacturer because it is sandwiched between the screen bezel on the scope and the screen itself and cannot be removed by the customer (without disassembling the scope and likely voiding the warranty). The film is transparent so it's not too much of a problem (yet), but it does have a red tab in the lower left portion of the screen which is irritating. Some research indicates this issue may not be a Hantek issue, but rather an issue by 3rd party firms who assemble these devices for Hantek failing to remove the film during final product assembly.
