This has been the first time in months that I haven't had any any neck pain. Great For pain relief. Perfect alignment to keep my neck straight. For functionality, I thought the thickness was too much at first, so I took out the removable bottom spacer. Still felt like it was too thick, but remember memory foam will sink down as you lay on it, I woke up in the morning and I had no pain at all and the pillow fit perfectly. The doctor has been wanting to have surgery done on my neck, but since it's not bad after sleeping all night on the pillow, I'm not going to get the surgery. Love this pillow! I'm a side sleeper. This pillow is perfect for me. The only 2 complaints I have are 1 the arm rests are Not wide enough to fit my arms. 2 the little part at the base of the neck support needs a little bit more softer padding. Otherwise no chemical smell or anything. A plus is it did not make me sweat like other pillows I have tried. I would LOVE to order one for my husband. He has worse neck problems than myself. This is all from the first night (if anything changes in the next few days I will update). I'm so happy with this pillow. I picked up the Hansleep Adjustable Cervical Pillow to tackle my stiff neck, and it’s been fantastic. The split memory foam core and extra height insert let me dial in perfect support, and the ergonomic contour cradles my head, shoulders, and neck in every sleep position. The removable, breathable cover wicks away heat and feels silky. My only gripe: it slides on smooth sheets, so I wake up with it halfway off the bed. I have damaged painful shoulders and it hurts for them to even touch a pillow while sleeping. In the past I'd had a pillow at a 45 degree angle under my head which sorta worked. Sorta. I’ve tried so many pillows claiming to be “ergonomic,” but this one actually delivers. The Hansleep pillow is super supportive, especially for side and back sleepers like me. Within a few nights, I noticed less stiffness and way better sleep quality. I also put a pillow case to it ( just a regular one) so it doesn’t get dirty. The heat level is just fine for me.
