The scanner worked great the first couple of months, now it's just so so. Cannot get a decent black ink cartridge, the cartridge that goes with it has not been in stock since I bought the scanner. I have ordered others but they do not work well with scanner. I have reached out to the seller, all they told me is that they are out of stock, but they do have the white cartridges. Not good customer service. Don't buy unless you can guarantee ink. Since I last wrote this, things have change. The seller reach out to us again and has resolved our cartridge problem. Update - customer service review 6/21 happy to share that customer service has been amazing. The moment they received my review, they reached out with possible solutions for the device. Though some of the issues were resolved, others arose and I communicated this to the team. They apologized and are sending me a new device. Fingers crossed the unit works when I receive it. — original review —-The screen is not responding. It has been less than 3 months since I purchased this. I don't see a way to get a hold of the seller. I'm hoping this message gets their attention. Happy to revise the star rating once the issue is resolved. It seems my unit is faulty. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is our 2nd handheld printer for our business, and we just loved how light it was compared our previous equipment! Initially we thought it didn’t even have a battery! The User Interface is crisp and the touch screen responds very well. The outside body has a nice firm grip, and does not feel like cheap plastic! It took literally a minute to boot and set up, and we have tried printing on our material, and it responds perfectly! The weight definitely plays a role when you are printing in bulk, and this one feels like we could get more done in the same time due to its light weight. I just opened it and have been try to use, but due to an error cartridge message it has been impossible. This seller has been extremely responsive to me. She contacted me and has sent a new one. I recommend it.
