Ordered for Christmas. Would not hold a charge. Sent in and requested replacement. Replacement sent and about two months later the place to charge broke. Cannot even use or charge and now it is too late to return.

Absolutely love this handheld. It takes care of my itch when I want to play some old school nes games. Mario 3 I play every week. I love this thing I swear. Charging it can be a pain sometimes but that’s just because I can’t tell when it’s time to charge till it’s almost to late. Definitely not the most sturdy and strong handheld. Before I start on the bad let’s talk about the good. The price is decent for what this product is. The handheld console does play games and is easy to navigate the menu. Now for the bad. The “controller” that comes with the system does not work and feels like a marshmallow with buttons. The tv connectivity cable is about as long as my expectations for this thing to survive my 5 year old. There is no way to charge the system and use the marshmallow controller at the same time so snacking and gaming is out of the question. I leave this product a 2 star review because the main system does work and if you’re wanting to introduce your kids to our nostalgia it does the job. But don’t offer peripherals if you’re not going to test their functionality. Side note…delivery was super fast and nothing was damaged, so great job delivery team! ... show more
