I have bought 5 of these backward flow incense burner for Christmas. They make great gifts. When I received the package, it contained an incense burner holder, incense sticks in a round container, bag of colorful cone incenses, tweezer for the cones and a mat to sit the incense burner holder on. The mat also has a design etched into it. The incenses have a delightful aroma that are very pleasing to smell. I also ordered a box of incense with over 150 cones. The names of the incense are Rose, Rosemary, Sakura, Osmanthus, Sandalwood, Lily, Tulips and Lavender. The cones are very vibrant with lots of color. ... show more

The cones come packaged all together in one bag, which I would imagine makes them rub off on each other (we’ll see as a burn them). There’s also no identification for what color is what scent, which is annoying. Only other complaint is the cones don’t perfectly fit into the burner, so the slightest tap will knock them over. Have several things I dislike about this item. The ceramic piece itself is very nice and it even comes with a felt coaster to put under it so I doesn’t leave a mark on whichever surface you choose, also works an an anti-slip I would assume. My first dislike is that the cones smell nothing like the scents that are described. They all have a strong musty scent and based on the scent descriptions some should be on the sweet or fruity side but none of them smell sweet, at least in my opinion. Secondly, the smoke never reaches the bottom well when I used it. I have tried to place it differently in the top every time just thinking I was doing something wrong but still the smoke never goes past the 2nd or 3rd level from the top. I would like to say they do give u a significant amount of cones which is great but again the smells are not desirable (unless of course you like those musty scents) and they burn down faster then any other cone I’ve used. they also come with an oversized pair of tweezers/grabbers that are cool and can be used for other things. Overall I wish the scents were better or even just as described and I wish the smoke waterfalled all the way to the bottom like it’s supposed to so the scent lingered longer. ... show more

Got this for my daughter at Christmas and she luvs it. The incense cones have been pleasant smelling & not overpowering in their scent. . She likes to watch the smoke cascade throughout. & it’s easy to clean up and replace with a new cone.

I recently purchased the SPACEKEEPER Ceramic Backflow Incense Holder and Burner Waterfall, with 120 Backflow Incense Cones + 30 Incense Stick, Aromatherapy Ornament Home Decor, Blue Set from Amazon.com, and unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with my purchase. First and foremost, upon receiving the product, I noticed paint markings on the inside of the ceramic holder. This was highly disappointing as it significantly affected the overall aesthetic appeal of the product. The paint markings were quite noticeable and made the holder look cheap and poorly made. Furthermore, the backflow incense cones and incense sticks included in the set did not live up to my expectations. The quality of the incense cones was subpar, as they burned unevenly and emitted a rather unpleasant smell. Additionally, the incense sticks did not burn consistently, often extinguishing prematurely, which was quite frustrating. Considering the price point of this product, I expected better quality and attention to detail. The presence of paint markings on the inside of the ceramic holder is simply unacceptable, as it detracts from the overall experience and undermines the product's supposed decorative purpose. ... show more

Well, I'll start by saying that I received it within one, or two days of ordering. Everything was included, and in good working condition. It came with a variety of different scented cones, but unfortunately the ratio was quite unfair. The majority was Sandalwood, while the others had a couple here and there - and only ONE apple scented cone was in the bag. Also, because they had all 7 cone types packaged within the same exact, plastic sealed bag - they inevitably all came out smelling exactly the same. The ceramic stand itself seems to be working as shows, but doesn't want to pool much smoke towards the bottom at all. And one cone had a burn time of about 7-10 minutes, maybe. ... show more
