It was delayed because I ordered during Thanksgiving weekend of 2024 which was my fault but I got this washer for around 45% off, I also added the service with it too; remove and haul out the old washer and install the new one. This washer was as describe. I like how smaller this washer is compare to our old washer which clear up alot of space. The interface is also easier to use, you just set the washer to what settings you want. I thought the product would arrive during the afternoon but I was surprised it came earlier, around 12:00 pm. The guys that came and did the service gave me a call. I directed them to where the washer would go. Service was quick and easy. Like the desctiption of the service, they removed the old washer hauled it out and installed the new one in. The washer came with its own sets of hose was told that the company also supply another set of heavy duty hose with the installation. Owned the unit for under 2 years and the belt broke, Received word from the manufacturer that the belt is no longer manufactured,. That is criminal as far as I am concerned. I would not touch this unit with a 10 foot pole. The part is a Optibelt 6epj 1236. 6 epj is the belt style, 1236 is the length in MM ... show more

    • Fair warning... it's a monster. Horrible machine!
This is a posessed washing machine! First off, I have a feeling that it was already a return when we got it because there was rust inside the drum and the liner was dull like it had been used before. Secondly, even after shipping bolts were removed and the machine perfectly leveled, the machine shook so violently on the spin cycle that it went across the laundry room several feet and almost pulled the plug out of the socket (bent it to the side)! I'm sure the hoses weren't far behind. We fiddled with trying to balance it all day and babysit every load for hours on end and it NEVER got any better. This puppy is getting returned Pronto! I would rather have dirty clothes than to continue dealing with this monster. ... show more

    • Small, weak, loud… but cheap
Bought this on sale and was excited by the price. It does what it’s supposed to do, it washes clothes. Unfortunately it takes 2-3 times longer than my old Samsung washing machine, is way louder, holds half the capacity. I am buying a new one now and giving this one away.

Don’t forget to remove the shipping bolts. The instructions are not very clear on that. We got lucky. Don’t forget or you will have a washing machine that thinks it a bouncy ball jumping around in your laundry room.
