The keyboard is exactly what I wanted and needed. It comes charged, but they encourage you to charge it longer to ensure that it works. The keyboard is backlit and the functions work really well. There are also additional details on the back of the keyboard to help with some of the other functions. I was worried that the keyboard would slide around the case, but the magnet is fairly strong and doesn't move at all when I am using it, on my lap or on a flat surface. The case itself is really snug on the iPad and protects it really well. Would definitely buy this again.

The media could not be loaded. If you are able to shove it all the way in, the area that covers the volume buttons just shoves down on them constantly messing with your volume. If it had been the correct size it is a great product but sadly it’s completely useless to me and needs to get returned.

The media could not be loaded. My iPad fits in this case, but it’s not for the iPad 11 Pro. It covers my camera. It’s clearly not for this iPad or either they sent me the wrong one. Also the keyboard doesn’t work at all. I charged it all night and it still isn’t working and I can’t even connect it to the iPad so this serves me no purpose.
