I purchased this product after starting a job that requires me to lift and carry heavy boxes. I have been dealing with severe back pain and sciatica since having my daughter 4yrs ago which ended up with me not being able to walk for over a year. I had been taking ibprophen after every shift and even contemplated finding a different job; with all that being said after wearing it for a couple weeks now I feel a significant difference. I'm not in agony throughout my whole work shift. It's definitely taken a lot of stress off of my body. It's not a cure all but it does what it says it will do. My only complaint is that it tends to slide up on me sometimes. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs the extra back support. I purchased a large. I am 5'7 and weigh 180. I fell and fractured my back. The only medical ‘help’ was to recommend rest, time and a good brace. I found a GREAT brace. It holds firm, is adjustable after securing it around your waist/hips and doesn’t roll up or bunch up. It provides immediate stability and pain relief. It’s very well made.

I don't like that it don't stay on especially when you bend over the part that wraps-around your waist or stomach the unfuzzy part don't stay it keeps coming un done I have to pull the straps so far on the fuzzy part to make it stay and then gives me a gut ache .The part I do like is that it does help with my back pain. ... show more
