Just be aware that instructions do not come with it the kit, apparently because every set-up is unique, and local codes may conflict with any single set of instructions. Kit showed up in two shipments. Two matrixblox assemblies showed up on the 9th and the rest of the kit arrived on the 10th. This actually exceeded my expectations. I thought I was only getting one aquablock; I only needed one - received two! And... they sent me a 15x20 liner instead of 10x15 advertised in the kit. I got a lot of bang for my buck with this kit. I might purchase another one minus the aqua block since I already have one. Pictured is my "dry run" before continuing with the back filling, rocks, gravel, and puck light. ... show more

Was packaged good, missing instructions which were sent via email after contracting the supplier. After about 6 months, the pump started humming and no water flowing. the pump ran for 2-3 months about 8hrs per day. After opening up the pump the shaft of the impeller was broken. After contacting the Half Off Ponds they stated that everything was under warranty, except the impeller... no where in the fineprint this was written, so this obvious product weakness is not supported. I had to contact the manufacturer myself for replacement part @$40. Funny thing is that the Half Off Ponds website carries many impeller replacements, so they could have directed to that, but that would them make look bad. Bad review during due mismanagement of customers and flaky warranty ... show more

I ordered this back in May in preparation for a landscaping project. Today, I finally got the water feature excavated and wen to put down the underlayment and PVC liner - NO LINER!! I looked in the box when it was delivered back in May and assumed it was rolled up with the protective ground cover. I should unwrapped every single piece!! Very frustrating! Very poor QC!! Now I either have to go buy another liner to complete the project or wait and hope they make good on their mistake!! ... show more

I bought this thinking this would be easier since it's a kit. Missing parts. no instructions on which products are for what. It is not easy to figure out and put together. The seller was not very informative or helpful when I reached them via email. I am debating on returning it.
