After looking at the local Nurseries and comparing prices I ended up taking a chance on this kit. I received it in about a week and when I unpacked it I could clearly see that the quality was as good and mostly better than any of the local places for literally HALF the cost! The instructions were decent but would recommend YouTubing a bunch of videos like I did to get a good grasp on building a pondless waterfall. I also liked how it basically gives you pretty much everything you need to get the job done. The only thing I had to buy was more foam to fill in the cracks and get behing the rocks so that the water flows over the rocks instead of underneath them. I built a pretty big waterfall so I had to buy about 10 more cans than this kit comes with. I also had to buy a little more of the rubber lining so I would recommend going with a slightly larger kit then when planning. It took me about 4 weeks to do the entire water feature and everything from the pump to the cascade to the rubber liner (zero leaks) works perfectly. Overall a great experience! ... show more

We ordered the 15x20 kit and couldn't be happier. Cutout a 10x10 for the sunken pond to hold the water, which left us with a 5x20 for the main part of the stream and another 10x10 for a pond at the top with the waterfall. All told, the vertical rise is about 12ft, although the pump is rated for 27ft of vertical. One small piece of the waterfall, the lip, was broken but customer service replaced without hassle. I ordered milk crates separately from Amazon and used 8 for the pond and covered them with rocks. All in all an excellent kit for the money, about 1/3 the price at a local pond supply store for the individual pieces. Our pondless waterfall has only been running for about a month, but we are very pleased with the quality of the product and customer service of this company. ... show more

Ordered the waterfall kit based on all of the items included in the package. Compared to buying all of the items individually and there was substantial more savings with the package. Ordered the item and inquired on the shipping and received a response right away that they would be sending out right away. Received the package before the anticipated date which was more than helpful. I built the waterfall by myself with no issues.I can't say how happy I am with the waterfall package I received. First time building a waterfall I didn't know what the end result would be. Total waterfall height was approximately 5 feet high and 21 feet long. The power of the waterfall pump was enough to pump out at a great volume of water with a great sound. Pictures of the waterfall to come soon. ... show more

Pump works great, but pump basin is very flimsy and distorts under weight of dirt piled around it. The 2 halves which make up the unit only snap together and barely stay together due to the poor design of the snap together tabs. I would not recommend it. The liner( which is Good quality) length you get is enough for only half of that length when the project is done, ex- 20ft liner will end up being enough to do a 10' long stream and falls including pit for pump. The rest of the kit is decent and is performing well. Tip- do not use sandstone to surround your stream and falls like we did unless you want to add water every other day. The porous rock soaks up and helps to evaporate alot of water especially in direct sun like our feature is placed . Our underground reservoir is 130 gals and i need to refill about 50 gals every other day due to evaporation. Our falls are about 30' long with 3 falls. ... show more

Zero customer service. No instructions for all the pieces. The package arrives on a pallet with only 3 wraps of the plastic around the boundle of items, all the pieces were barely held together as one unit. There are NO instructions to put a waterfall/stream together or how each part is to be used as the total project. The instructions that came are only for the individual pieces. Such as how to put the well together. The instructions for the well, does not show or explain how to use the well with the Ecoblocks or the positions of the blocks! There are no instruction of where to go online for the tutorial as the Ad says on Amazon. This is not homeowner friendly! For the cost of this โ€œkitโ€ I would have expected an instruction manual. Instead of a true kit you are given pieces, and itโ€™s up to the homeowner to figure out how when to assemble the pieces. The liner was shorter than the label on box. The liner was to be 25โ€™ long. When measured it was only 24โ€™ which through off the entire design of the stream/height of the waterfall. Missing parts. The 2 inch hose into go into the 3 inch inlet of the weir/waterfall. No connection part. Had to go to hardware store to purchase a connection for hose to weir. ... show more
