It won't hold it's heat temp and then other times it won't heat up at all. It is a beautiful product and she was very happy with it about 3 months. Great straightener however after just 3 months it does have a short in the line. I have to move the wire a certain way for it to stay on. It was great before that happened

I just received it last night and tried it this morning. I love it. To think for years I had a very expensive Chi. This makes your hair shine and I loved giving it a little lift.
