    • It does work for what I wanted
I've struggled with my nails for as long as I can remember. Very weak to the point that if they got wet, they'd bend like paper. Thin, brittle, and pretty much see-through. The only way I could keep them from breaking was to have several layers of nail polish on, but sometimes even that didn't help. I decided to get these pills as a last resort. I don't know how good they are for the hair because I haven't been taking care of my hair as I should, (don't judge me, lol, I am depressed AF) but I've gotta say they've worked wonders for my nails. I started these about a month ago and they're noticeably stronger, thicker, and a lot less brittle. They still bend when they get wet but they don't feel as weak. They do have a noticeable aftertaste so I recommend taking them before eating something or taking them with something other than water. I endure the aftertaste as it's not the worst thing ever, but I could see it putting off some people. Also, make sure to take them EVERYDAY; I don't know if it was because I sometimes forgot, but sometimes my nails got brittle out of nowhere, but then I started taking them with my regular meds so I wouldn't forget and have not had issues since. ... show more

I wanted to give these supplements some time to work before leaving a review. I've been taking them for about 3 months now. I admit there's some days where I haven't taken the full three gel capsules, but even with that I found that these are amazing and perform as they claim. I've seen reviews about the smell, which for me smell like the Flintstones chewable vitamins for kids. Not unpleasant for me, but rather nolsatigic from my childhood. Anyway, the smell wasn't as bad as some reviewers have claimed. They do not leave any aftertaste and are easy to swallow. AND my nails have never looked this good or grown this healthy. I have brittle nails that peel and break no matter what I've done in the past. For the last 3 months I've taken this supplement and use jojoba oil on my nails throughout the day especially after washing my hands and OMG what a difference! In terms of hair growth I've noticed that my hair looks shiner and feels healthier if that makes sense. I haven't noticed the growth as my hair is a 3a curl. So unless I measure when wet I won't have an accurate growth measurement. Either way they work! I plan on continuing to take these because WOW. Seriously, if you want to grow beautiful natural nails and have shiny healthier hair then yes get these. But, please note it takes time before you see results. I have used different brand names before, most of them are safe and work well but are very big and hard to swallow. I am only changing my to different brands because they are big and dry. I also think that taking the exact same supplement with the same vitamins for a long time is heavy on the liver and kidneys, so I try to change my vitamins once in a while. This one is very easy to swallow but makes my urine more yellowish compared to the other ones, I may be peeing all the money. I hope it has the efficacy of the others that I have used. ... show more

After about 8 days of taking these I noticed my skin was getting softer 14 days in my skin was a touch firmer and glowy, my hair started to have far more shine, and my nails were noticeably stronger After a month, I could see significant differences in my face and my skin is so much nicer I recommend this brand to all my friends ... show more

First, these are PINK! lol I love these! Small soft gels, easy to swallow, no bad taste, and no nausea. I have an issue with post nausea after taking supplements, but not with these! I was pleasantly surprised that I could tell a difference in how much my hair was breaking in a couple weeks, skin seems a little softer and nails are breaking and splitting less in a few weeks. It's not a 100% fix but it definitely helped me on all counts. Have it on subscribe and save now.

Well, well, well, look who's got the secret potion for luxurious hair and nails – the Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins! Even though I might be past my teenage glory days and firmly planted in the "mid-something-or-other" phase (let's not go there with the "O" word), these vitamins seem to work some kind of magic on my tresses and talons. I can practically hear my hair and nails singing praises for these vitamins – they've hit the jackpot with the growth game. I'm talking optimal growth, people! My hair is flourishing like it's attending its own growth party, and my nails are like, "Hold my champagne, we're getting longer!" But, of course, life can't be all sunshine and roses – my skin didn't get the memo about these vitamins' miraculous powers. No matter how many supplements and lotions I throw at it, my skin remains stubbornly dry and ashy. Seriously, it's like my skin is in a long-term relationship with its ashy nature, and nothing can break them apart. I've taken a solemn vow to swallow these vitamins religiously, along with a whole squad of multi-vitamins and other supplements, hoping for the holy trinity of hair, nails, and skin benefits. While the hair and nails are enjoying the party, my skin is like the third wheel, feeling left out in the cold.     • I think I can tell a difference!!
I believe my skin is looking better. These are easy to take because they are so small, and they are pretty (pearlescent pink). It's also a good value because 300 are in a bottle.
