Bought for my dogs ear knots

Feels like it would be better for paper than hair

Not a very smooth cut, like you have to close the shears all the way before opening up again. So make sure you only have the hairs you want to cut in hand. Also a very coarse cut, like notches in and out. Personally I was looking for something finer, more for blending than just bulk thinning.

Great for thinning wigs!

I do wear wigs from time to time for the convenience, yet sometimes they can look fake due to their thickness. These thinning sheers helped resolve that problem. Once I got the hang of using them, I was so pleased with the result of the wig looking more natural. Great product and value!
