My wife heard about this fitness hula hoop from her coworkers and was able to try when one of them brought to work for lunch fitness routine. I was skeptical but we ordered anyways. At first it was difficult to get it going but then found if you adjust girth by removing a few tiles to fit a bit more snug you can get the weight spinning around you. I saw these on TikTok and I wanted to try it because I HATE working out. But I love it!!!! It's so easy to assemble and use, AND SO FUN. I can feel my core working. The best part is is that when I put on my Apple Watch and used this for 30 minutes it counted my steps that equated to 1 mile! Love it!
