Really nice RC Car for the price. Son is getting into the cars and this was a nice upgrade for him. Has good speed and has been durable so far. The shell is starting to get beat up but thats pretty easy to replace. Make sure you have some on standby. Has some easy to manage settings which are nice for flexibility and options. Son currently has the fastest RC Car out of his friend group.

I picked this up wanting to get back into RC trucks after being way for about 12 or so years. I wanted something that was ready to run out of the box, brushless and had good reviews, this was a great decision! First off, it's not really a toy for youngsters, unless you work with them first because this little truck can move! I plan to pick up some 3S batteries (which this little guy can handle) and see how fast this can go. It handles very well once you have a few minutes to play with it. I can't say anything about durability because I've been pretty careful, but other reviews say this will take a beating and keep going. Battery life is really good on the provided 2S batteries and it's range is also quite good. Be sure to read the manual and adjust the controls if needed on the remote, but mine ran great right out of the box. You'll have a good time with this little truck, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!

Excellent car. Worth the money. Great car for a new user. You get a lot for the money. Not to fast as to make it hard to control but fast enough that you can do all kinds of tricks and go through grass and stuff at speed. Put bigger tires on it and it was even more fun. Recommend highly for the money. Also the oil filled shocks work very well for bashing.. Batteries were surprisingly good for there size. When I took them out of the box I was really concerned but they last very good and have held up well to lots of charges without a noticeable difference in there life.

I have to admit, I was honestly expecting to want to send this truck back and go spend the $$ on an ARRMA or a Traxxis equivalent after ruling out the Amazon clone for 1/3 of the price. BUT I'm impressed overall with the speed, stoutness and quality of this truck, and my son absolutely loves it on about 40% power (and one battery lasts a solid half hour at <50% power too). Honestly, anything over 80~% and it's constantly spinning even on dry pavement, it's definitely quick! NOW, I would gladly give 5/5* and my full endorsement to not bother with the big names until you're knee deep in the hobby, BUUUT...WHERE'S THE BRAKES?? Seriously though, it has forward and reverse. *IF you're quick enough to double tap the trigger into reverse it kinda stops, as it switches to go backwards. So close, but precise controls...like braking, are kind of a thing when these things move like a squirrel on too many Redbulls.

Raced it, crashed it, flipped it, sent it, broke it. Fixed it. Upgraded it, broke it but at higher speed this time. Fixed it again. Super durable, great for kids or immature adults. Excellent hobby grade machine, learn to maintain and repair, customize. 1 year in and still super fun.

*UPDATED* Sad to write this update but it is 6 months later and even with fresh batteries in the receiver and the batteries in the car fully charged having issues with the vehicle moving forward and won't reverse at all. Sad to say this does not have any longevity, so suggest looking elsewhere! *ORIGINAL REVIEW* If you're on the hunt for a compact dose of remote-controlled excitement, look no further than this 16890SA RC super car. This pint-sized powerhouse delivers big fun in a small package. The kids loved it but shh don't tell them, I got it more for me than them! First off, the build quality is surprisingly sturdy. The chassis feels durable, capable of withstanding the occasional collision or tumble. Despite its small stature, the RC car boasts responsive controls, providing an enjoyable driving experience for both beginners (the kids) and seasoned RC enthusiasts (that would be me). Don't let its size fool you – this little speedster can zip around with surprising agility.
