Given the exposed and sensitive nature of the charging plates, you would assumed that the packer/seller would at least bother to pack the parts properly before shipping. The item has obviously been returned/used by another buyer previously, and parts were spilled all over with the original plastic bags at the bottom of the box. Everything was then chucked into an Amazon plastic sleeve and shipped out. The only reason why I chose not to return was that the charging plate which I needed the most was already attached to the charger body, so I assumed the electronics should survive the delivery. NP-FZ100 plate (battery for Sony a7iiir): from 2% to 100% (on charger LCD screen) - 2 hours for 2 batteries at the same time NP-FW50 (battery for Sony a6000) from 1% to 100% (on charger LCD screen) - 1 hour for 1 battery Box comes with: 1) 3 charging plates: NP-FZ100, NP-FW50, NP-BX1 and 1 more plate for NiMH batteries 2) 3 adaptors US, UK, EU (slide to change) 3) USB port for charging other devices 4) metal pin to allow you to change the charging plates 5) car charger Happy to recommend the product, but not the seller or packer.

Charges fast and portable to carry. Hate that the percentage reading on it is incorrect. After every charge, how ever long it is, I need to pop the battery into my camera to check the actual %.

this is an excellent device for travel and that it provides for rapid charging of two Lithium batteries for the Sony A7 series cameras at the same time. It came with charging components for both the A72 and a73 size batteries. it is easy to travel with and provides a precise estimate of the degree of charge which is been completed if you're in a hurry and have to go before charging is complete. It also comes with a handy charger for four AA nickel metal hydride batteries. it is expensive but is definitely a high quality charging item

What more can I say. So happy I found this product. Purchased to share my Sony a6600 batteries. Hope I can find a model from them that will also charge my Go Pro Hero 7 & 8 and Canon G7X III as it would be a very welcome addition.

This thing is great, very versatile, compact size. I just wish they included a charger for AA Lithium batteries, other than that, it's a great product.
