As an older lady, this was extremely hard to unpack the condensed foam from the small square transport bag. Once I figured out how to get a 4’ ball of foam out of a 2’ block bag, the rest was easy. I’d compare it to trying to put a king size blanket inside of a twin size duvet; it took a little time (for me) but was doable. I’m sure there was an easier way to do it, but as an instruction reader, I did not find any. It fluffed up so big! I don’t notice any smell and so far it is comfy for the support that I need.
