This is not for adults the picture is misleading. My 2 year granddaughter is almost to big for it. Its not 3ft wide if falls short by 8 to 9 inches. I tried sitting in it, yes I can but more like a foot stool and I am 5'1 I will say it soft and seems well made but size is why i purchased it for both my granddaughters but only one can sit My stardard pillow is wider than this thing
