I like this bed frame a lot. I got the 18 inch high full bed size. I'm going to try to provide lots of details so you can make an informed decision :D Assembly went very well. I didn't have much space in my room, which made things complicated because the mattress was still on the floor. I ended up leaning it upright and using the space it had occupied to lay out the parts. Because it's hard to turn around in small spaces, it's important to note that part A has the holes for the headboard. In other words, make sure you lay out part A at the head of the bed!! It also came with spare screws, which I was grateful for because I am a very disorganized, severely ADHD human being. If you end up losing the hex key or want to use your drill to save your hands, the bit size is 3/16 of an inch. For the more anti-swearing folks looking at this product, y'all will be pleased to know that despite normally swearing like a sailor, I managed to build the entire frame in 45 minutes without a single swear. Given the price of the product I expected to have a lot more trouble with lining things up and screwing the screws in than I did, but the only time I had to use a tiny bit of force was on the last piece. Its definitely worth the price. I also had initial concerns about the fact that the legs were folded in the box. As you can see on the image of the instructions that I uploaded (just in case y'all's cats sit on yours and refuse to move, or decide to eat it because cats are chaotic lil creatures), the fold on parts A and A1 end up being reinforced with screws. The only part that can fold if you move it would be in the middle. However, that is not an issue when you're actually using it as a bed. Finally, once assembly was complete, I put the mattress on. Initially, I used the box spring because I've never had a bed without one and was curious how high it would be. Y'all, it was very high off the ground. I am 5'4" (about 163 cm), so I removed the box spring. The bed frame is four or five inches wider than my mattress. I am using squishmallows and old pillows to fill the gap between the mattress and the wall because I'd rather not have the frame stick too far out from the mattress and bang my legs all the time. I'm pretty sure that most bed frames are wider than mattresses though, I saw reviews for most of them saying that. Noise-wise, I haven't heard anything from the frame. If you need quietness for adult activities, I am 99% certain you should be good to go. I have not tested it with a partner yet, but I will update if there's any noise when I do. Okay, you're almost done with my review. Thanks for sticking with me, lol. As far as storage space underneath goes, I wouldn't recommend purchasing containers taller than 15.5 inches (39.37 cm) if you have carpet. I did deduct a little bit of buffer for that measurement in case it settles a little bit more into the carpet. This is VERY EASY to assemble. I'm a disabled senior woman. After unboxing, it comes pre-sorted, it was up, w/mattress on it in under 30 minutes. For a 1 person job- I just put one long scee hand tightened into each of the 4 corner legs to frame. Then I did the "C" or center frame with many hinged parts. After that was secure, I added the 2nd long bolts to the legs, then but in all the support bars, and lastly fully tightened all the leg screws that had a little give left until then. The "trick" is, use your wireless drill. Takes a 3/16 hex nut bit. Zzzzzing. Done, no hand/wrist ache. Hints: use a mallet or hammer (restrain from too much force) to tap both plastic end pieces of any cross bar you set in that are a struggle to fit. Directions say "tighten WELL to eliminate" squeaky bed. Don't be afraid to tightly fit the screws BUT, generally best to tighten the leg end screws after everything is in place. Also, use the handy silver wrench that is included to secure the 2 nuts included that go on each long rail of the bed while the drill bit spins the screw into the 🔩 nut- otherwise the nut may just spin. If using the 🔨 to press the set in bars, tap, don't whack or you can bend them or make it impossible to take apart. Rubber mallet recommend for the heavy handed. Although - this is one STURDY bed frame! Same day, I took the window A/c unit out bc it's late fall. And that EASILY fit under the bed. LOVED it even more. Slept soundly on it. Even my big old dog walking on it made no noise. ... show more

The HAAGEEP Queen Bed Frame arrived in a tall shipping carton filled with lots of parts to put together. The included instruction sheet wasn't difficult to understand, even for someone like me who is mechanically challenged, to say the least. The only issue is that it can be challenging to assemble by oneself, as during some stages of the process four hands would work better than two. Nevertheless, I managed to put this bedframe together and have found it to be very sturdy. The additional space underneath provides much more room for storage than the unit it replaced. There were no missing parts and all required accessories for assembly were included. Most of the bedframe is assembled with wing screws that are tightened by hand. A few components require the use of an Allen wrench I learned the hard way that one needs to be cautious when walking near the bed frame after it's been fully assembled and covered with a mattress and bedding materials. Those corners, which extend beyond the edges of the queen size mattress it's designed for, are sharp! For the first few days of usage, I kept bumping into the bedframe because I hadn't yet adjusted to its larger size. But now I have figured out where those sharp corners are and I'm going to avoid them, since I really do like my knees. I highly recommend this great bedframe. ... show more

I’m “almost” 60, with arthritic hands (female, not that it matters😉) and it took me exactly 22 minutes to unpack and assemble (all parts and tools needed were included) it is extremely sturdy and I have 15 small Home Depot boxes underneath (much needed storage for my guest room) I’m still deciding if I want to mount my headboard, which there are holes for and would be easy, but I’m thinking I might just like the very clean simple look.
