I bought this scooter for my son's 7th bday. It was a huge hit. He loves the lights and he likes how fast it goes. It charges fast and lasts the day of intermittent use. We just recharge at night. My favorite part is that it I can also ride it. It holds me safely (150lbs). Most others will not hold that much weight. This way I can ride his when he rides his bike. Very pleased with this purchase. :) only thing I could say negatively is the accelerator button sticks. You have to manually move it in the off position when u want to slow down. I have changed several brands and model before I finally get this. those other scooter I bought not bad, but most of them cannot be adjusted in height, and some are too heavy. This is just right, my daughter's fiend use a bigger scooter (adult size) and it was difficult to control. This one has an surprising function, it will automatically accelerate when going uphill, and slow down when going downhill, which is great! my daughter love it! ... show more

I got this for my sons 9th birthday. Wanted a scooter that I could pick how fast it went. There are 2 settings, the slower for practice and whenever he masters that I can move it to the second setting. The bell is nice and the back foot break is better than handle.
