I contacted Amazon and they game me the contact information to the manufacturer telling me it was still under warranty. They answered my email until I sent a video of what it was doing/not doing and they stopped responding to me. I followed up several times. This product is Chinese trash. The battery does not charge. The manual is in broken English. Can’t get this piece of garbage to work.

Do not waste your time or money on this hoverboard. I bought one for my son's birthday. It came and the battery would not charge. I returned it and ordered another one, assuming it was a fluke. The second battery has the same problem. It only works when plugged in and cannot hold a charge. I'll return this one as well, but this has been a waste of time and convenience and my son has been disappointed twice.

My 7 year old granddaughter loves it and thanks me every day for it. No problems with it out of the box. It even plays music. Would recommend this for a family. It’s getting lots of use.

I have reached out multiple times to customer service. They responded with give me your order number. Then went ghost. I ordered early for Xmas. Left the thing in a closet. Not thinking I bought a broken toy!! I couldn’t get it to turn on unless plugged into a wall socket. If I unplugged it it would immediately die. I have not gotten to utilize the toy and the child is was bought for was left without a present for Xmas. Totally unacceptable that I bought an expensive toy that was burnt out of the box. I had to take the entire thing apart which took hours to find the problem myself. I have sent everything over to customer service, photos and receipts. I get no answer. I am beyond frustrated and upset. It never dawned on me that I’d purchase a $200 toy and it wouldn’t work. Now I’m sitting here with an unhappy child and no response. Plus time wasted trying to figure it out myself!! I implore you do not waste your money!!! They do not care to make it right!

***updated review*** Updated review: after getting a battery replacement from their customer service, the board works and it’s amazing! I love the lights and the hologram lights in the wheels. It works on rough ground and the battery lasts a long time. So glad the manufacturer customer service was able to make it right. It’s way better than the Wilibl board we bought first. Having an app to program it is also super convenient as I can adjust the max speed and adult/child setting. Original review: Ordered one of these which would not charge or power on. Waited for a replacement and this one was the same issue. Looks like a great board with fun lights but I’ll never know because the thing won’t power on.
