Pros: 1. attractive Design: The rowing machine's attractive design was the first item that drew my attention. The use of solid wood and elegant metal accents gives it a luxurious and refined appearance. It adds a stylish touch to my home gym and makes it an item I'm happy to display. 2. Natural and Smooth Rowing: The water resistance system is excellent. Rowing against water feels quite natural and fluid, delivering a low-impact exercise that is easy on my joints. The sound of the water swooshing adds to the realism and overall experience. 3. Effective Whole-Body Workout: Rowing activates many muscle groups, and after each session, I can feel the burn in my arms, legs, abs, and back. After using the machine 3-4 times a week for 3.5 months, it broke. Two of the wheels under the seat failed. I immediately contacted Amazon who referred me to the manufactuer. I was informed that they would be shipping me replacement parts (from China) and they would follow up with delivery information. It has been over a week since I heard anything. No one seems to want to take responsibility for selling me this faulty product. Run from this machine. It is not worth the hassle. The failed customer service has just astounded me. ... show more

I was so excited to get a rowing machine and was only into my 2nd week, lees than 10miles and the foot straps and holders started cracking and completely broke. Tried reaching out and have t heard anything back for 2 weeks.

I like that it came partially assembled. The remaining assembly was very easy and didn’t take much time. I wish that it had adjustable resistance, but the times that I have used it, I‘ve gotten a good workout. I definitely recommend that for the price it’s worth purchasing.
