Went online for support and was working with chat agent who asked me for product number. When I came back with the info there was no response for over 5 minutes before I disconnected. Found a number to call and there was almost no interaction with the agent before she emailed me the documentation. Turned out that there was really very little installation other than attaching the wheels.

The cart won't go straight. I've tried moving wheels around it makes no difference. Pushing it down the fairway is a fight and I likely am better off just carrying the bag. The strap at the top of the bag is attached to a resting place for the top of the golf bag but that piece won't stay in place. Without question, this has been the worst thing I've ever bought on Amazon. There is a storage spot near the handle that won't stay closed. The push handle is located too low and it is difficult to push forward maybe if I were 4 and a half feet high it would work but not for my 6' height. I've used it 3 or 4 times now but never again. Every time I end up pulling it instead of pushing it because it's so much work.
