    • When i golf, I like to walk.
The media could not be loaded. I ordered the M7 after seeing a few golfers using similar carts on a hilly course while I was pushing my cart. That day was hot and humid and I struggled to walk the 18 holes. I've only used the M7 for one round on a course I've played often that isn't particularly hilly. It was the most pleasant round of golf I've had! I've never golfed with a human caddy, so my walking golf has always been either carrying my clubs on my back or pushing a cart. So having "someone else" carry my bag was a wonderful experience! I had so much more energy throughout the round. The Cart is really stable (no problems rolling over small roots and rocks or going up hills) and the remote is easy to use. I think the best part of having a remote is that I cand send the cart to meet me. For example, after I putt I can remote the cart to meet me as I walk to the next Tee box instead of going back to my bag, and then walking to the next Tee box. It's a little thing but does speed up the pace of play. A couple of nitpicks It is bit heavy (I think 25 lbs) so keep this in mind if you have to carry this any distance to put into your car. It doesn't always want to go straight. Minor corrections with the remote is all it takes to get it back on course My biggest issue is the remote mount on the caddy itself. There is no locking mechanism so there it is prone to falling off the cart. To mitigate this, the remote stays in my golf bag. Overall, I really like the Motocaddy M7. Now this is after only one use so I can comment on durability, yet. I'll update this review after I use it for the remainder of the season. ... show more

    • Died after 20 holes
Took this out for a round of 18 and it worked great. I followed all the instructions of charging the battery and caring for the trolly and after two holes on my second time out the trolly died and I had to drag it off the course. I submitted my return and I’m going back to carrying.

I like to walk but carrying a bag or pushing a cart on hot days is not ideal. This cart is well worth the walk. Easy to assemble and transport.

    • Works well, a few drawbacks
I bought M7 this direct from MotoCaddy. Arrived in 4 days and was easy to assemble. It drifts to the right and have made a few adjustments as prescribed, waiting to see how it goes on the course. It does not hold on hills so you have to be careful and be sure it's perpendicular to the slope or you will find it drifting away. If that can't be cured it will go back. Remote works well, keeping it out front is much easier than walking along side of you. Battery showed 50% after 18 holes which was less than most reviews suggested but not a problem. Built well. The included accessory package was not worth the reported $99 value. The cup holder is so small it won't fit most insulated cups. They probably want purchasers to buy the extra large cup holder for $29. That came with my Bag Boy push cart and should have come with this. A silly disappointment! Can not express how good this electric push cart is… changed my golf life… I prefer to walk courses and this makes that possible without the fatigue of using a regular push cart! Glorious product!!!

    • Failed early and service is complicated
Less than 6 months in and with very little use my M7 stopped working. It just randomly shut down in the middle of the round. The single service center in the US is responsive but it is still a major hassle to get it fixed. They told me it is likely the control box, sent me a replacement with no instructions. There is no relevant video or manual to be found on the internet and it looks like I have to take out 14 screws to access that box. Also, the UK mothership says this *might* void the warranty, and that’s probably why there is no video out there. Looks like I will have to send the whole thing in now. Bottom line is I will be without a cart for multiple weeks. I have lost trust in this product and it’s practical serviceability in the US. When it works it works well but that doesn’t matter if you can’t rely on it. ... show more
