Gave my wife one for our anniversary, it worked perfectly, even better than the Stewart q following, the first month. After the first month, the remote would drop the connection to the caddy and only way to get things back connected was to turn both the caddy and remote off. Once back on it would connect back up and function for about another 2 minutes, than back to not working. The phone app continues to work, but that does not support the follow me function. Found an email address online for their support but no replies. Update: Got a hold of the seller with help from amazon and they diagnosed the issue and sent the updated part. Once the part was replaced it is working perfectly now. Updated the stars to 3, since it was hard to get a hold of the seller

Just got it but my initial impression is very pleased and excited. Easy to put together. Make sure to use the washers when attaching the wheel screws. Not clear in the directions. Attach front wheels and done. Comes with a phone holder that goes at the top of the handle and an umbrella holder. Even has an integrated ball marker. When I turned it on LED looked great. Remote immediately connect. The cart followed me around the garage without any issues. WARNING: Very dedicated to you. If you summon the cart it will run over anything in its way to get ot you. Bunkers, people, cars. Has an app that quickly downloaded and connected to the cart. Let’s you know battery power for cart and remote, temperature and numerous other little settings. App does have a remote option on the phone. It does not have a follow option. Would like to see that. Carbon fiber looks phenomenal and it is very solidly built. Quality manufacturing. So far looks and works great. Will Update once take it on the course.

It came with minimal instructions, doesn’t say how to remove battery besides other issues, very heavy to load in the car , I bought it because of my shoulders issues, and now I have to lift it into the car trunk, I’m still practicing with it manually And the hand control is very sensitive. I will wait but if any other issues come out, I will return it

The remote control does not work, took it out for the first time in remote died, came home, tried to charge the remote and the connector does not work. It will charge for a few seconds and then shut off. I’m not sure about the unit because I can only walk one hole before the caddy started doing some weird stuff I did use the phone to navigate the caddy back to the car. It is hard to control the unit with the phone.

There are 2 serious problems. You can't get extra battery when it's out of usage. Or parts. The other problem is it's too heavy to load and unload.
